Chunky Monkey Protein Smoothie

A healthy high protein chunky monkey smoothie, dairy free, gluten free and vegan.


  • 1-2 cups ice I like to use 2 cups for a very thick smoothie
  • 1 banana sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Cashew Milk or Silk Chocolate Cashew Milk
  • 1 scoop about ¼ cup plant-based chocolate protein powder or 1 (5.3 ounce) Silk Vanilla Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder*
  • 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional Garnish: dairy-free chocolate chips


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until thick and smooth.
  2. Garnish with chocolate chips.
